Return & Exchange Window
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of your receipt date. This generous window gives you ample time to ensure your new fashion pieces fit perfectly and match your unique style.

Step 2: Package Your Items
Please return items in their original condition with all tags attached. Include the original packaging if possible. For hygiene reasons, certain items have specific requirements (see Non-Returnable Items below).
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions. For international returns outside the US, standard return shipping fees apply.
Step 4: Processing & Refund
Once we receive your returned items, our quality team will inspect them within 3-5 business days. Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Important: Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons:
- Sleepwear & Intimate Apparel: For obvious hygiene reasons, all sleepwear and intimate items are final sale once packaging is opened
- Slippers: Due to direct foot contact, slippers cannot be returned if the original packaging is compromised
- Damaged or Used Items: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags cannot be accepted
- Final Sale Items: Clearly marked clearance or final sale merchandise
We carefully inspect all returns and reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our conditions.
