These shoes are amazing!! I wasn’t sure I would love the thick heel, but they look really cute one. Also the footbed has a bit of cushioning for support and comfort for the ball of your foot. I’m very happy with these! They are very comfortable.

These are gorgeous shoes that with regrets I must return. If the heel was designed differently I would have been able to keep them however when I walked they caused me to have a good deal of right foot pain along the top of my foot. My left foot was comfortable. I wear a 7.5M, I ordered that size and the length and width were perfect. Others looking for a comfortable and attractive shoe in black/tan should give these a try.

I loved the style of this shoe, and I am a true to size 9.5 medium.
That said, the ankle strap would fasten in such a way whereby my heel would keep slipping out-(for reference, I have average ankles- not big or narrow.)
I’d love this shoe with a different kind of strap attached.
Bottom line: The ankle strap feels too high or too far away from the shoe in order to offer the support that your foot needs to walk properly and without slipping out.

The ankle straps are not supportive enough for how chunky the heel is. Otherwise super cute! Unfortunately had to return due to the lack of ankle support.

Loved these BEAUTIFUL shoes as I felt they could go dressy or more casual. It was a hard choice between these and Naturalizer Vanessa which I eventually kept since I liked the look of no ankle strap with my dress.

Got the rainbow color and it is very cute. Comfortable in the toes area. Returning it because the golden paint is chipping in the ankle straps.

I received the incorrect shoes. They were a half size smaller than the shoes I ordered and thrown into a random brown Amazon box. Overall this entire shoe buying experience was extremely weird. I think I’m done with Zappos for good.
